Dear Exhibitor;We would like to thank you, in advance, for your participation in the 2010 Family-a-Fair - Alberta's Largest Show for Parents. This year marks our 20th anniversary and although last year will be hard to beat, we're up to the challenge! You can help us spread the news by distributing your VIP passes and encouraging clients etc. to visit any Calgary Co-op location to obtain discounted advance tickets (available after March 7, 2010 at customer service. Once again, our media partners are strongly backing us! Thanks to their generous sponsorships our promotions and advertising will be approximately $150,000. You can expect to see/hear our advertising in all the following:
The Family-a-Fair 2010 is shaping up to be an active and informative place for families! At this year's show there will be approximately 140 booth exhibits, the ever popular Baby Crawl, Complimentary Daycare by Montessori, free bouncer by Just Kidding Family Entertainment, and a petting farm by Butterfield Acres. The Main Stage will feature children’s entertainment by Just Kidding Family Entertainment and the popular "Little People's " model search on Saturday sponsored by Mode Models of Calgary. In addition, we have hired THE BIG COMFY COUCH to do 2 live performances each day. We are really excited about their participation! Every booth will include blue carpet, white and blue striped drapes, 8ft white skirted table or smaller, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. If you would like a smaller table, please call GES ASAP and they will change the size at no charge to you. Additional booth supplies can also be ordered from GES and there is a discount if you order in advance. AV equipment, exhibitor parking passes and power can be ordered from The Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Event Services. Again advanced ordering will save you money!
